For me one of the best restaurants in and around Schleswig. The breakfast buffet in particular is simply unbeatable in terms of value for money and is my personal favorite. It just tastes so delicious! In my opinion, the prices are not "expensive" at all for the quality and service you get there. Quality costs money and should be remunerated accordingly. If these aspects are important to you - absolutely recommendable!

The farm shop is great. Sustainable products and food with unique enjoyment. Fairly priced because of high quality and sustainable. And the restaurant will soon be open again bald P. S. And the cake is awesome 👌

Food is expensive but it also tastes very good. For beer drinkers there is a stand outside which unfortunately closes at 4 p.m. on the weekend. It's a shame actually. Otherwise the restaurant is in a beautiful spot on the Schlei. You can eat very well.

I always like to eat here when I'm in the area. On a cycling holiday or on business, it doesn't matter. The food is good, the service friendly. And you are not immediately looked outside when the food is finished. You can quietly lower the food with a drink. Really recommend!

We received a very nice welcome, even though we came in spontaneously. The service was extremely nice, the food was just perfect. Even the fries were just different than usual, super tasty. Viking pizza really delicious. And the cakes, a dream. We would love to come back.

We liked the resolute reception: disinfect your hands here! The tables are separated by high partition walls, there is a distance to the neighbors. The menu is short and only available online via QR-CODE. The dishes are a bit more expensive but unusual and with a Viking theme.

The price is €€€, not €€. Nice restaurant and very friendly waiters, seems they are Italians ;-) Portions may seem small (e.g. the "Roulade" with mashed potatoes is 26 € but the portion is like for 12 to 15 €). Nice little shop with home made foods integrated into the restaurant building.

Breakfast and pies / cakes there are phenomenal. Price / performance is very good. Everything regionally and homemade with love and skill. There is also something for every allergy and also for vegetarians / vegans.

Were seated at a table by a friendly waitress (09/13/20) and asked if we also wanted to eat something, which I answered in the affirmative. Unfortunately, the service didn't come. Since we thought it was full, we downloaded the menu and selected the drinks and the dishes. After half an hour we left. Despite eye contact with other waitresses, we were skilfully ignored. During the long wait, I even wrote an email to the operator, but never received an answer. Apparently, some restaurateurs don't care, but then please don't always push Corona in case of bankruptcy. Thank you for our stolen time.

As a regular guest who really appreciated the cuisine, the regional selection of products, the setting and the exceptionally good service, I have to express my great disappointment on my last visit. Even the reception was unfriendly, the service at the table bad and brazen, the menu as a torn piece of the original menu, the prices increased disproportionately. For example, rump steak 27 euros, but it was by far the level of a 27 euros steak, minimal side dishes, salad 16 euros ... unfortunately not even close to being full, much smaller than before. The prices are higher due to Corona. That's all okay, but the level of food and service must be maintained. I have these expectations when I go to a restaurant like this. I don't have that when I go to the American around the corner. As enthusiastic as I was until last year, unfortunately I am so disappointed now. I very much hope that the old level will be reached again soon.

Absolutely fantastic with dogs. We were very satisfied. The entire shop is divided into a small courtyard shop, a restaurant and a beer garden. The farm shop, it was very nicely designed and there is everything you need for breakfast e.g. Many of the sausage and cheese offered are from the region. The restaurant is very, very tasty but the whole thing has its high price. With breakfast buffet for 16 € p.p. and e.g. Homemade pasta for € 19 has already reached the upper price segment. However, it is also very tasty and the breakfast selection is very large. Maybe nothing for every day but for something special in between. Dogs are allowed in, but must be dry.

We returned here after a long hike. We are not too demanding restaurant guests and were satisfied with the selection. Prices are more expensive, but that's due to the location. Otherwise the service could be more attentive and friendly. In summary, we had a nice cozy evening at moderate prices.

Good food, something special, the menu could be called up at the table using a QR code. The in-house lemonade was also delicious.

The overwhelmed, inattentive staff is already apparent when entering the catering area. There is no table assignment! At some point the visitor notices the handwritten notice boards and you look for a table yourself. When you finally got confused and dared to sit at one of the greasy-looking tables, the barcode for the menu on the tables can no longer be scanned and no operator feels responsible. After waiting 15 minutes we got up and left again. You can clearly see that the shop is a sure-fire success, enough money is still being made here without any noteworthy service.

The locality and the location are wonderfully situated on the Schlei. I think the price-performance ratio is not quite right here. Due to the proximity of the cultural cities of Haithabu, you think you can charge a little more for your food and drinks than is usual in the area, so only three points

Absolute recommendation. The staff is super friendly and careful. Extra requests will be catered for. The food is well presented and a feast for the palate and the eye. Great taste. Price performance is more than ok. The self-created drinks are also highly recommended. The hygiene concept has been implemented very well and consistently. You feel safe and in good hands. A great experience. Gladly again.

Delicious. Great location. Price level quite high, but still acceptable. The farm shop is great and has many special specialties. Again, the prices are not cheap, but reasonable for things from small factories and farm shops. We will definitely be happy to come back.

Unfortunately, I found it average. The steak was quite chewy and not really tender even in the middle. From the fried salad, the vinegar flowed under the steak and strongly distorted the taste. Potatoes were not peeled, but unfortunately that has become fashionable. The portion was moderately large overall, after all there was decent steak cutlery. The cakes are unfortunately not worth mentioning, they look much better than they taste. The best thing that was brought to the table was the Urstrom beer. I have never drunk that, it was really delicious. I hoped for more, but from my point of view the price-performance ratio is unfortunately not right.

We need your table ... Actually very nice and comfortably furnished inn with a lot of staff. Drinks and food came very quickly. Pizza was delicious, just a little more expensive. The plates were cleared during the last bite. We were asked if we wanted to order anything else. Then another waiter came and asked if we wanted to have a drink. We still wanted to look at the map. 30 seconds later the first waiter told us: "We need your table. Do you want something or not now?" We didn't want anything anymore. Nice if you want to eat well quickly. Not recommended if you want to stop off comfortably.

Here is where I enjoyed the best damn meal of my life. Not even sure what it was, some red meat with berries, but it was an absolute feast for the senses, and the mead was great too. I hope I'll get the chance to stop by again one day.

I have eaten many times at Odin's over the years when I visit my family in Schleswig but finally lost my motivation to go back. The restaurant has a great location next to Haithabu, and especially the garden with access to the Schlei is lovely during the warmer months. Food is mainly prepared from local produce, generally reliable, but never great. My favorite would be the Matjes nach Hausfrauenart - below in the picture. The menu has minimal options, culinarily speaking boring. Prices are on the high side for what they serve. A real let-down is the service that makes a well-rounded experience almost impossible at the restaurant. Odins seems to have frequently changing nonskilled waitresses/waiters who lack basic attitude. We almost walked out last time after sitting around unattended for more than 15 minutes. This place could be so much more than what it currently is. A much better choice in Schleswig is Hotel Waldschloesschen, which has food in a completely different league at the same pricing.

Compared to my last visit the menu became muxh shorter and the servings are smaller. Still tje food is tasty and the amenities are clean and the staff is helpful.

Disappointing experience. Sat there for 30 minutes. 6 waiters - no service at all. Several tables picked up their own menu card as none were given until a waiter told off a couple after which several people just got up and left. Useless...

Excellent restaurant with local produced food. The burgers at the burger buffet are made of ingredients from local producers. The restaurant is located at a beautiful spot across Schleswig.

High prices and small portions.

Has seen much better times. It seems the owner has changed a year ago or so. Now it doesn't feel anymore so cosy and the service is lacking that extra bit for the price.

Stick to beer and fries. Anything else is among the blandest in Germany.

Very good place, good service and a delicious food. . They also have a very good bakery!! I think (but I am not sure) everything is biological, I never knew that it can be so delicious 😋.
